To lead a dedicated and task focused team of Credit Hire Settlements Specialists to ensure the best client and company outcome are achieved, whilst delivering consistently high levels of service to each and every stakeholder.

What experience you’ll bring

  • Well-developed and demonstrated understanding of the legislative, regulatory and compliance obligations
  • Solid understanding of Credit hire and how to effectively negotiation outcomes
  • Legal precedents made for Credit hire
  • Third Party Settlements, including Liability & relevant insurance laws
  • Proven leadership experience with strong negotiation and conflict resolution
  • Ability to provide data analysis with strong written verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated financial and KPI performance.
  • Ability to maintain strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
