Job summary

Core Talent Pty Ltd is seeking a collaborative Credit Controller in Sydney to join a leading industry team. You will manage collections, perform credit checks, set credit limits, and support customer relationships with a KPI-driven mindset.

Hybrid work arrangement with 3 days in the office and 2 from home, on-site parking, and mentorship from an experienced Credit Manager. A supportive, team-based culture awaits.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit control and collections processes.
• Ability to conduct credit checks and set credit limits.
• Strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage collections on accounts and reduce outstanding debt.
• Open new accounts and perform credit checks as part of onboarding.
• Enforce internal credit hold policies and conduct bank reconciliations.
• Provide weekly/ad hoc reporting and stakeholder updates.

Job description

An opportunity exists with one of my client's for a collaborative team player to join their credit control team within a very exciting industry. My client is one of the nations leaders in what they do!

Reporting to the Credit Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the collections on accounts, to achieve individual and team KPI's in customer account management. Training on systems will be provided along with on-site car parking.

Hybrid working - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

Credit Duties:

• Opening new accounts, conducting credit checks and setting credit limits
• Collections on accounts and reduction of outstanding debtors on a timely basis whilst maintaining excellent customer relationships
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Bank reconciliations
• Enforcing internal policies relating to the credit hold process
• Weekly and Ad Hoc reporting as required
