Job summary

Lutheran Services’ Northridge Aged Care in Toowoomba is seeking a Creative Lifestyle Facilitator to bring arts, music, movement and storytelling to residents. You’ll design and run engaging activities that spark joy and connection throughout the day.

As part of a caring team, you’ll tailor individual and group activities to residents’ interests, support families and care staff, and help create a welcoming, inclusive community. Flexible shifts and ongoing development are offered.

We are looking for a fun-loving and creative Lifestyle Facilitator to join our team at Northridge Aged Care. From arts and crafts to games, music and special events, you’ll help create memorable moments and bring smiles to our residents’ days.

Location: Toowoomba
Remuneration: $36.96 ph + Super + Salary Packaging + Employee Discounts & Benefits
Employment Type: Permanent Part-time | 4 shifts per fortnight
Roster: Monday & Thursday | Hours: 9:00 am – 3:00 pm | Additional shifts (Possibility of extra days)
