You will prepare regional dishes, breads in the Tandoor, supervise staff, ensure hygiene and safety, manage stock and costing, and mentor apprentices to sustain high standards.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV qualification is required.
• The candidate must have at least 2 years experience.
• To be energetic & motivated.
• Able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes per menu and recipes.
• Maintain hygiene standards and serve on time.
• Follow Occupational health and safety measures.
• Season, garnish, and portion food per standards.
• Prepare regional Indian dishes and breads in the Tandoor.
• Manage stock, orders, and pricing for food and labor.
• Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff and apprentices.
• Cost menu items including food and labour costs.
• Resolve kitchen issues with staff feedback.
