Job summary

Pearsons Florist is seeking an experienced and creative Florist to join our busy Design Studio in Stanmore. This hands-on role focuses on creating Pearsons’ signature bouquets, bespoke orders, corporate floral work and funeral arrangements.

You will handle flower buying, market runs, sundries and deliveries, enabling you to concentrate on producing beautiful floristry with input from a skilled team in a busy studio setting.

Qualifications

• Formal floristry training or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous professional floristry experience.
• Confident with production floristry and a range of floral designs.
• Strong eye for colour, form and detail.
• Efficient, reliable and well organised.
• Takes pride in producing beautiful, high-quality work.
• Positive and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Create Pearsons’ signature bouquets and floral arrangements.
• Produce bespoke, corporate, event and funeral florals.
• Work with fresh flowers and premium plants.
• Maintain high standards of quality, presentation and design.
• Work efficiently in a busy production environment.
• Contribute creativity and ideas to the Design Studio.
• Work alongside an experienced team of florists.
