Job summary

Outcast on the Gold Coast is seeking a Creative Content & Production Coordinator to balance creative thinking, content creation and production tasks.

You'll work closely with the Creative Director and teams across shoot planning, development, capture and delivery, including on-set direction and talent coordination. This role suits someone connected to social/fashion culture and ready to travel internationally when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in creative content, production or fashion.
• Proven ability to coordinate shoots and production calendars.
• Strong eye for style, color and storytelling.
• Comfortable working across video/photo capture on set.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Creative Director to bring campaigns to life across channels.
• Develop mood boards, shot lists, call sheets and production plans.
• Support location scouting, styling prep and visual research.
• Coordinate samples, talent, props and shoot requirements.
• Lead e-commerce studio shoots from planning through delivery.
• Direct talent on set and capture diverse photo/video content.
