An established machinery manufacturer based in the City Of Cockburn is seeking a Creative Content Producer to deliver high-quality visual content for various projects. You will manage photo and video production from concept to completion while collaborating with project teams. They are seeking a Creative Content Producer with a hands-on approach to photo, video, and print production. The role involves planning and delivering high-quality visual content across both workshop and field environments — from capturing video and photography to designing brochures and marketing material from scratch.
You’ll take projects from concept to completion, combining creative design skills with a practical understanding of working around large machinery and production environments.
Plan, prepare, and deliver photo and video shoots in workshop and field locations
Capture, edit, and colour-grade high-quality photography and video for use across campaigns and promotional material
Design and produce brochures, posters, and product materials from concept through to print-ready or digital delivery
Edit footage, select music, and produce professional short- and long-form videos
Maintain brand consistency and high creative standards across all visual output
Coordinate logistics for shoots including locations, setup, and timing
Organise and maintain digital assets, ensuring efficient file management and backup
Work collaboratively with project teams to align creative output with project goals
Proven experience in photo, video, and design production
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects or similar)
Ability to manage full creative workflow from concept to delivery
Confident working independently on location and in workshop settings
Strong eye for composition, storytelling, and detail
Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Practical mindset and ability to adapt to real-world production environments
Work directly with innovative machinery and technology across varied projects
