Bumpy Road Catering and Events on the NSW South Coast is seeking an enthusiastic chef to join a growing catering team. You will work across weddings, private events, festivals and other occasions with a focus on high-quality food and memorable experiences.

The role typically offers daytime hours with some evening events, a 38-hour week across 4–5 days, and opportunities to contribute ideas and grow with the business. Collaborative, friendly environment and award-winning team.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and WHS.
• Experience leading a kitchen or team.
• Ability to train, motivate and bring out the best in others.
• Eye for quality and consistency.
• Calm, quick-thinking, problem solving.
• Passion for great food and client experience.
