We value a candidate with Cert III Commercial Cookery, 3+ years in a similar role, and a passion for innovative cooking techniques. Weekend availability is essential, and you will work with a strong team in a dynamic, iconic Melbourne venue.

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert III Commercial Cookery.
• At least 3 years in a similar role.
• Sound understanding of all kitchen operations.
• Passion for innovative cooking techniques.
• Modern approach to kitchen and food management.
• Creativity in food plating.
• Understanding of food costings and business management.
• Positive and professional demeanour.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen with high-end breakfast and lunch menus.
• Must be available on weekends.
