Job summary

VERTO (Australia) is seeking a part-time content and marketing professional based in Broadmeadow to bring ideas to life through content creation, graphic design, photography and video. You will support campaigns and organisational communications while ensuring assets align with VERTO's brand guidelines.

The role focuses on capturing stories, developing content for marketing materials, and producing visual assets for both digital and print channels. A hands-on, collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in content creation, marketing, communications, graphic design or a related creative discipline.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills.
• Demonstrated graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar applications.
• Experience creating content across digital and print channels.
• Experience creating content for websites, social media and marketing campaigns.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• A collaborative and proactive approach to working with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content for marketing campaigns, publications and organisational communications.
• Design brochures, flyers, social media graphics, presentations and promotional materials.
• Create visual assets that support marketing campaigns and community engagement activities.
• Capture photography and short-form video content at selected events, programs and community activities.
• Edit photography and video content for use across digital and print channels.
• Develop content that promotes VERTO's services and showcases program outcomes.
• Support the creation of content and creative assets for award submissions and organisational publications.
• Work collaboratively with marketing and communications colleagues to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Ensure all content and creative assets align with VERTO's brand guidelines

Job description

• Part-time 4 day per week position based in our Broadmeadow office
• Bring ideas to life with content creation, graphic design, photography & video

Part-time role based in Broadmeadow (4 days per week) Reporting to the Communications Manager, you'll work closely with our Campaign & Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist and service delivery teams to create engaging content that promotes VERTO's programs, celebrates participant success and showcases community impact.

This is a hands-on creative role that combines content creation, graphic design, photography and videography to support marketing campaigns and organisational communications.
