Job summary

Ground Support Systems (Aust) is seeking a reliable Crane Truck Driver / Yardperson to join our Sydney depot. The role is hands-on and involves delivering and collecting hire equipment, operating a truck-mounted crane and forklift, and assisting with yard duties.

We value safety, a strong work ethic and local knowledge of Sydney metro areas, with on-the-job training provided and an immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Must hold HR licence and be able to drive heavy vehicles.
• CV High Risk Crane licence required.
• Forklift LF licence required.
• DG licence or higher required.
• White Card for construction sites.
• Strong knowledge of Sydney metro areas.
• Commitment to safety and reliable work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Deliveries and collections of hire equipment.
• Operate a truck-mounted crane for loading/unloading (on-the-job training provided).
• Operate a forklift to assist with depot operations and loading/unloading vehicles.
• Assist with cleaning and maintenance of hire equipment.
• Complete daily paperwork, including pre-starts, truck run sheets and delivery dockets.
