Job summary

Boom Logistics is seeking a Crane Supervisor to lead our Central Queensland team, overseeing lifting and rigging projects with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

You will supervise site activities, coordinate resources, mentor crew, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. 2:1 roster rotations are favourable, with discussion for DIDO, FIFO or local travel. We offer an attractive remuneration package and opportunities for upskilling.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising crane hire, logistics, mining, construction or related industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide a diverse crew.
• Excellent communication and client interaction abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily operations for lifting, rigging, and transport services.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team while maintaining safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regs and safety requirements.
• Monitor project progress and budgets, report on outcomes.
• Maintain equipment and resources and conduct toolbox talks.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
