Job summary

Synergie Group is currently seeking experienced Crane Operators and Riggers for upcoming shutdown work across Moranbah, Nebo and Blackwater in Queensland. Immediate opportunities exist for Open Crane (CO) licence holders and operators skilled from Franna to larger mobile cranes, with Rigging experience welcomed.

You will join shutdown crews in a safety-focused environment, perform heavy lift operations, and integrate quickly into established teams across multi-discipline projects.

Qualifications

• Current Standard 11 or willingness to obtain prior to mobilisation.
• Current Coal Board Medical or willingness to obtain prior to mobilisation.
• Current Working at Heights and Construction Industry White Card.
• Current and valid unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence.
• HRWL licences including Open Crane (CO) and rigging (RB/RI/RA).

Responsibilities

• Perform crane operations and rigging for shutdowns across Moranbah, Nebo and Blackwater.
• Work within multi-disciplined shutdown crews on heavy lift projects.
• Maintain safety and compliance in fast-paced maintenance environments.

Open Crane (CO) Ticket Holders Encouraged to Apply

We are currently seeking experienced Crane Operators and Riggers for upcoming shutdown work across Moranbah, Nebo and Blackwater.

Due to operational demand, we have an immediate requirement for candidates holding an Open Crane (CO) Licence. We are also seeking operators with a range of crane operating competencies, from Franna (Pick & Carry) operators through to larger mobile crane classes, along with experienced Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Riggers.

To be considered, you must hold:

• Current Standard 11 (or willingness to obtain prior to mobilisation)
• Current Coal Board Medical (or willingness to obtain prior to mobilisation)
• Current Working at Heights
• Construction Industry White Card
• Current and valid unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
• Relevant High Risk Work Licence (HRWL), including:
  • Open Crane (CO)
  • CN, C2, C6 or other applicable crane licences
  • Basic Rigging (RB)
  • Intermediate Rigging (RI)
  • Advanced Rigging (RA)

Preferred Experience

• Coal mining or heavy industry experience
• Shutdown and maintenance experience
• Structural, Mechanical & Piping (SMP) projects
• Heavy lift and crane operations
• Working within multi-disciplined shutdown crews
