Job summary

Banjo’s Bakery Cafe in Maroochydore is seeking a motivated baker to join the Production Team, producing fresh, wholesome baked goods daily. If you’re a team player who takes pride in your work, we’d love to hear from you.

We operate 7 days a week with shifts between 12am and 11am, including weekends and public holidays, offering training, growth opportunities, and a supportive work environment as you develop your baking skills.

Qualifications

• Confidence and a positive attitude.

• Experience producing baked goods or working in a bakery environment.
• Reliable and well-organised with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality baked goods fresh each day.
• Collaborate with Production Team to maintain Banjo’s quality standards.
• Communicate with Sales Team to monitor product levels and stock.
• Follow Banjo’s WHS practices to keep yourself and the team safe.
