Job summary

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia is seeking a proactive CPAP clinic administrator to support service delivery, sales, and operations. You will manage patient files, handle inquiries, process orders and invoices, and liaise with clinicians and sleep lab staff.

The role covers patient relationship management, stock control, and introductory therapy administration while ensuring compliance with privacy and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
• Minimum one year retail experience with customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to read, analyse and interpret documents and write routine reports.
• Ability to solve problems and respond to common enquiries or complaints.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient enquiries over the counter and by phone.
• Investigate and resolve patient issues and escalate when appropriate.
• Provide CPAP clinic setup, ongoing services and equipment per prescription.
• Promote sales of services and products per company policies.
• Create and maintain computerized patient files in the ERP system and process transactions online.
• Coordinate servicing and maintenance with manufacturers and service providers.
