Job summary

Harvey Norman Thomastown Warehouse is seeking a customer service focused Storeperson to join a team delivering Great Service, Always! to customers. You will handle dispatching and receiving orders, liaise with customers, and contribute to efficient warehouse operations.

Ideal candidates are highly motivated, well organized, and able to work across retail trading hours, with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to WH&S policies.

Qualifications

• Customer service excellence and strong communication are essential.
• Ability to work well in a team and support colleagues.
• Good organisational and time management skills are required.
• Attention to detail for delivery and stock processes.
• Experience reading/d checking delivery sheets is advantageous.
• Commitment to WH&S policies and procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Dispatching and receiving orders and liaising with customers to provide excellent service.
• Ensure accurate distribution of goods in and out of the warehouse, including loading trucks.
• Maintain safe and efficient warehouse operations in line with WH&S policies.
• Support inventory control and stock movement to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with team to deliver Great Service, Always! to customers.

The Harvey Norman Thomastown Warehouse Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Storeperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.

As a Warehouse Storeperson, you have a good understanding of the dispatching and receiving of orders, and liaising with customers providing exceptional customer service.

To be successful you must:

• Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Enjoy working in a team environment

What we require:

• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written
• To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
• Experience checking delivery sheets
• Effective, timely and accurate distribution of goods in and out of our warehouse, including loading of trucks
• A strong commitment to WH&S policies and procedures
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Flexibility across retail trading hours including weekends, public holidays and late night trades
• Current Forklift, Drivers and Pickers Licence (preferred)
