Nimbin Taxi Trucks is seeking a reliable Courier Driver to join our team servicing Lismore, Nimbin and surrounding Northern Rivers areas.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Australian Manual Driver Licence.
• MR or LR licence desirable but not mandatory.
• Safe driving history and knowledge of road safety.
• Experience in courier, transport, delivery or logistics preferred but not essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.
• Reasonable physical fitness to handle freight of varying sizes and weights.
• Knowledge of Lismore, Nimbin and the Northern Rivers region highly regarded.

Nimbin Taxi Trucks is seeking a reliable, motivated and customer-focused Courier Driver to join our team servicing Lismore, Nimbin and surrounding Northern Rivers areas.

This is a full-time position suited to someone who takes pride in providing excellent customer service, enjoys being on the road and can work efficiently in a fast-paced transport environment.

About the Role

As a Courier Driver, you will be responsible for the safe, reliable and efficient collection and delivery of freight, parcels and general goods throughout the Northern Rivers.

You will play an important role in our day-to-day operations, representing Nimbin Taxi Trucks and helping us maintain the dependable service our customers expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver freight, parcels and general goods within designated service areas

• Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and within required timeframes

• Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently

• Complete delivery documentation and electronic records accurately

• Provide professional, friendly and courteous customer service

• Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and report any maintenance or safety issues

• Follow company procedures, workplace requirements and all road safety regulations

• Communicate effectively

• Maintain a clean, tidy and professional vehicle and presentation

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A current and valid Australian Manual Driver Licence

• MR or LR licence highly desirable, but not mandatory

• A safe driving history and strong understanding of road safety

• Previous courier, transport, delivery or logistics experience preferred but not essential

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
