Job summary

FedEx Express Australia is seeking a reliable courier to join our team in Sydney. You will be the face of FedEx, delivering and collecting packages on schedule while maintaining safety and professional customer service on every run.

Qualifications

• Full Australian working rights.
• Valid MR (Medium Rigid) Licence.
• Clean driving history with a maximum of 6 demerit points in the last 3 years.
• Criminal history check, drug and alcohol screening, driving assessment and medical fitness tests may be required.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and collecting packages safely and on schedule.
• Loading and unloading vehicles, including manual handling activities.
• Providing outstanding customer service and representing the FedEx brand professionally.
• Accurately scanning, tracking and managing consignments.
• Completing delivery documentation and operational activities.
• Working collaboratively with depot teams to achieve daily service commitments.
• Following safety procedures and ensuring all deliveries meet FedEx operational standards.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Courier, you'll be the face of FedEx, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring deliveries and collections are completed safely, efficiently and on time.

• Delivering and collecting packages safely and on schedule
• Loading and unloading vehicles, including manual handling activities
• Providing outstanding customer service and representing the FedEx brand professionally
