FedEx Australia is seeking a reliable Courier to join our team. This role focuses on safe, on-time deliveries with a strong emphasis on customer service and brand representation.

You will work a Monday to Friday roster, benefit from weekly pay and 14% super, and participate in ongoing training. This position suits individuals who value safety, teamwork, and a stable role within a global logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Full Australian working rights.
• Valid MR Licence required.
• Clean driving history with a maximum of 6 demerit points in the last 3 years.
• Ability to perform manual handling and physical duties.
• Criminal history check, drug and alcohol screening, driving assessment and medical/fitness assessment required.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and collecting packages safely and on schedule.
• Loading and unloading vehicles, including manual handling.
• Providing outstanding customer service and representing FedEx professionally.
• Accurately scanning, tracking and managing consignments.
• Completing delivery documentation and operations tasks.
• Working collaboratively with depot teams to meet daily service commitments.
• Following safety procedures and ensuring deliveries meet FedEx standards.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Courier, you'll be the face of FedEx, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring deliveries and collections are completed safely, efficiently and on time.

• Delivering and collecting packages safely and on schedule
• Loading and unloading vehicles, including manual handling activities
• Providing outstanding customer service and representing the FedEx brand professionally
• Accurately scanning, tracking and managing consignments
• Completing delivery documentation and operational activities
• Working collaboratively with depot teams to achieve daily service commitments
• Following safety procedures and ensuring all deliveries meet FedEx operational standards
