Agri Labour Australia is seeking two experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a busy cold storage and warehousing operation in Derrimut, Victoria. You will move goods safely between ambient, cold storage and loadout areas, operate forklifts, and support stock control in a temperature-controlled environment down to -20°C.

Applicants should hold a current Australian High Risk Work Forklift Licence (LF) and counterbalance experience, with a focus on safety, reliability and teamwork.

• Counterbalance forklift operating experience essential.
• Experience loading/unloading trucks and palletised goods.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate counterbalance forklifts across warehouse, loadout and cold storage.

• Assist with product receivals, order prep and dispatch activities.

Key Responsibilities

You'll play an important role in ensuring products are received, moved, stored and dispatched safely and efficiently. Working alongside warehouse and transport teams, you'll help maintain accurate stock movements, safe loading practices and high operational standards.

• Safely operate counterbalance forklifts across warehouse, loadout and cold storage areas

Your Skills & Experience

• Current and valid Australian High Risk Work Forklift Licence (LF) - essential
• Previous counterbalance forklift operating experience - essential
• Experience loading and unloading trucks and handling palletised goods
• Ability to work safely in and out of freezer environments down to -20°C
• Previous cold storage or temperature-controlled warehouse experience - advantageous
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems - advantageous
• Physically capable of completing manual handling and general warehouse tasks
• Strong understanding of forklift safety and warehouse traffic management
• Good attention to detail when checking stock, labels and documentation
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable with early morning starts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work reasonable overtime and occasional weekends
• Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
• Ability to follow workplace safety procedures and wear required PPE, including steel-capped boots
