Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Queensland seeks a detail-oriented Cost & Change Lead to support major infrastructure programs. You will manage program budgets, cost control and change governance across multiple workstreams.

The role requires expertise in cost systems, reporting, forecasting and change procedures to enable informed decision-making and program alignment. SAP, Unifier, and PowerBI experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in project controls, preferably in rail or infrastructure.
• Strong cost reporting and forecasting experience.
• Ability to interpret cost trends and provide actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Assess contractor claims and variation analysis.
• Maintain accurate cost reporting and tracking.
• Prepare monthly cost reporting.
• Coordinate change function and reporting.
• Interface with governance, cost and risk functions to align programs.
