Job summary

Advanced Hair Studio in Sydney and Parramatta is seeking a Cosmetic Nurse Injector for a part-time role delivering PRP hair regeneration treatments. You will provide professional consultations, perform treatments, and maintain accurate records while delivering an exceptional client experience.

The ideal candidate will hold nursing qualifications with AHPRA registration and be proficient in phlebotomy; prior cosmetic injecting experience is not essential.

We combine the latest scientific, medical and wellness solutions to help men and women experiencing hair loss feel more confident and empowered.

We are now looking for a Cosmetic Nurse Injector to join our Sydney and Parramatta clinics on a part-time basis, delivering PRP hair regeneration treatments.

This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse who loves working with people, enjoys clinical autonomy and wants to develop specialist expertise in the rapidly evolving field of hair regeneration.

The Opportunity

This is a part-time role consisting of one shift per week, operating across a rotating fortnightly roster:

• Week 1 – Sydney Clinic: 4-hour shift, with no meal break required.

• Week 2 – Parramatta Clinic: 6-hour shift, comprising 5.5 working hours and a 30-minute unpaid meal break.

We can be flexible regarding the day and start/finish times, however, ideally the successful candidate will work the same day each week to provide consistency for our clients.

There may also be opportunities to work interstate from time to time to support additional treatments, so flexibility to travel would be highly regarded.

You will play an important role in delivering a high-quality clinical and client experience, including:

• Performing PRP treatments for hair regeneration.
• Providing professional consultations and ensuring clients feel informed, comfortable and supported throughout their treatment journey.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with your client base.
• Maintaining accurate clinical and client records.
• Managing clinical consumables and completing stocktakes.
• Supporting general clinic administration and day-to-day operations.
• Maintaining high standards of clinical safety, professionalism and compliance.
• Delivering facial aesthetic treatments.

You will ideally have:

• Relevant nursing qualifications and current AHPRA registration.

• Phlebotomy experience – essential.

• Experience in cosmetic injecting and/or aesthetics is not essential

• Demonstrated ability to work confidently and autonomously.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• A professional, positive and approachable demeanour.

• A genuine willingness to learn and develop specialist skills in hair regeneration.

• A strong commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.

• The ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Flexibility to assist at other locations when required would be advantageous.
