Job summary

Cosmetique is seeking a motivated Registered or Enrolled Nurse to join our cosmetic nursing team. This role is suited to both experienced or emerging cosmetic nurses with structured training, strong clinical governance, and a clear long-term career pathway.

Responsibilities

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be passionate about cosmetic nursing, patient experience, and long-term career progression.

You may already have cosmetic injectables experience, or you may be a Registered Nurse with strong general nursing experience who is motivated to enter the cosmetic sector.

Graduate programme experience or prior clinical nursing experience is desirable.

Clinic Ownership Pathway

This is more than a traditional nursing role.

High-performing nurses who successfully complete probation may be invited to buy into a Cosmetique clinic, creating a structured pathway from Cosmetic Nurse to clinic owner.

Existing nurse owners within the group are achieving approximately $250,000 per annum take-home, with no late nights or excessive hours.

This pathway is designed for ambitious Registered Nurses who want to combine clinical practice with genuine business ownership, supported by Cosmetique’s centralised systems, governance, marketing, administration, and operational infrastructure.
