Covenant Medical Hub in Mount Druitt is launching a brand-new cosmetic clinic and seeks a founding Cosmetic Nurse Injector. You will lead cosmetic injections, consult comprehensively, and shape patient journeys under doctor governance.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, without conditions.
• 1–2 years of independent injecting experience with balance and facial symmetry.
• Experience in PRP, laser, skin needling or regenerative treatments; training investments.
• Self-starter with energy, professionalism, warmth and growth mindset.
• Strong clinical judgement and ability to educate patients with clear expectations.
• Long-term desire to build and lead within the clinic.
• Full rights to work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe cosmetic injectable treatments under doctor-led governance.
• Conduct thorough consultations and treatment planning with patient education at the centre.
• Perform cosmetic injectable treatments per clinic protocols and prescriber approval.

Covenant Medical Hub is an established premium medical practice in Mount Druitt with award winning doctors and a community of loyal patients, and we’re finally ready to launch our brand-new cosmetic clinic under an exciting fresh arm with its own distinct brand, atmosphere, and high-end private treatment room—all with the same premium care our community knows and loves.

About Us

We are looking for an exceptional Registered Nurse Injector to be our founding clinician, and in time our Lead Nurse Injector. You would be the heart of the clinic, working alongside our established support and medical team.

A path that grows with you. As we expand, you will train and lead other nurses and help guide the future of the clinic with appropriate remuneration to follow.

The role

You will deliver safe, considered cosmetic injectable treatments under our doctor-led clinical governance, from first consultation through to follow-up care. You will work closely with our Practice Principal and our support team, and you will have a genuine voice in how the clinic grows.

Conduct thorough consultations and treatment planning, with patient education at the centre

Perform cosmetic injectable treatments in line with clinic protocols and prescriber approval

Guide every patient through a clear review and rebooking pathway so follow-up care is never left to chance

Keep meticulous clinical notes, consent, product traceability and stock records

Contribute to protocols, patient experience, maintaining patient longevity/ retention, and the clinic's growth

About you

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, without conditions

At least 1-2 years of independent injecting experience, with confidence and a good eye for detail, balance, and facial symmetry in anti-wrinkle and dermal filler treatments

Experience in PRP, laser, skin needling or regenerative skin treatments eg. Rejuran is highly valued, and we will invest in training as we add new services

A self-starter with energy, professionalism, warmth and spark who is yearning for growth

Strong clinical and ethical judgement with a gift for educating patients and setting honest expectations,with excellent communication and customer service skills

A long-term view: you want to build and lead here, not just fill a roster

What we offer

$50-65+ per hour plus super, based on experience
