Proven experience in a Corporate Reception, front-of-house or office coordination role
Confident operating in a fast-paced, high-volume client-facing environment
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Excellent organisation skills, with strong attention to detail
A proactive, team-first approach with sound judgement and problem-solving skills
A calm, polished manner and strong commitment to confidentiality
