To be successful in this position, you will have:

• At least 3 years' PAE in Corporate M&A
• Experience at the Associate or Senior Associate level
• A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for M&A
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Excellent technical skills and be keen to take on responsibility under mentorship
