About the role: Working with several Partners (considered among the best in Australia), this role will see you:

• work across general corporate and M&A work with a focus on mining, energy and resources clients;
• provide corporate advisory services on large projects from joint venture and mergers and acquisitions in the resources sector through to capital raising; and
• advising on major procurement as well as corporate advice relating to mining/resources operations.

Skills/Experience: To be considered for this role you will:

• have come from a corporate practice with a minimum 3 years' post admission (ideally at 4-8 years PAE) experience;
• have strong technical legal drafting and major contracts experience in corporate law and ideally have worked across corporate work in the energy and resources sector; and
• have strong academics from your LLB (minimum 5.5 GPA).
