Job summary

Duggan + Della is seeking a talented corporate lawyer with 1–4 years of experience to join its market-leading team in Sydney. You will work directly with market-leading partners and senior lawyers on significant ASX-listed company transactions.

You will gain hands-on exposure across Equity Capital Markets, M&A, governance and general corporate work, working alongside skilled practitioners on high-profile deals in Australia.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of corporate-law experience
• Interest in capital markets, M&A and governance
• Commercially minded with strong technical skills
• Able to take meaningful responsibility

Responsibilities

• Advise on Equity Capital Markets including IPOs, rights issues and placements
• Involve in M&A, schemes of arrangement and other strategic transactions
• Assist with Governance & Disclosure under ASX Listing Rules and continuous disclosure
• Support General Corporate matters including capital management and corporate structuring

An opportunity has arisen for a talented 1–4 year corporate lawyer to join one of Australia’s busiest and most highly regarded corporate teams.

You will work directly with market-leading partners and senior lawyers, advising ASX-listed companies, investment banks and institutional investors on some of the market’s most significant and high-profile transactions.

The role will provide you with hands-on experience across:

• Equity Capital Markets – IPOs, rights issues, institutional placements, block trades and secondary raisings
• M&A – public and private mergers and acquisitions, schemes of arrangement and other strategic transactions
• Governance & Disclosure – ASX Listing Rules, continuous disclosure, board processes and shareholder matters
• General Corporate – capital management, remuneration, corporate structuring and Corporations Act compliance

About you

We are looking for a driven 1–4 year corporate lawyer with a strong interest in capital markets, M&A and corporate governance.

You will be commercially minded, technically strong and eager to take on meaningful responsibility while working alongside leading practitioners on some of Australia’s most visible transactions.
