The role

Join Adbri as a Corporate Insurance Analyst and play a key role in strengthening our risk culture and insurance strategy. You’ll support the Group Risk Manager in delivering enterprise risk initiatives, managing insurance programs, and driving compliance across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate risk workshops, ERM system updates, and reporting.
  • Lead the rollout of the Enterprise Risk Management platform (Archer).
  • Manage insurance queries, claims, certificates, and data collation.
  • Support crisis and incident management processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to ensure coverage and compliance.

What you will need to succeed

  • 1–5 years’ experience in risk, insurance, finance, or accounting.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with sound decision-making and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Understanding of corporate insurance products and risk frameworks.
