With a strong growth agenda and an active transaction pipeline, the Corporate Development team plays a central role in identifying, assessing and executing acquisitions, divestments and strategic investments that support long-term shareholder value creation.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Development and mentoring a small team of Analysts, the Manager, Corporate Development will play a leading role in the assessment, execution and delivery of complex M&A transactions across the energy infrastructure sector.
This is a highly commercial, execution-focused role offering direct exposure to the CFO, Executive Leadership Team, Board and external advisers. The successful candidate will take ownership of transactions from initial opportunity assessment and Investment Committee approval through to due diligence, valuation, negotiation and completion.
Working across multiple concurrent projects, you will manage advisers, coordinate internal stakeholders and drive transaction processes to successful outcomes. Beyond M&A activity, the role will contribute to broader strategic initiatives and capital allocation decisions across the business.
We are seeking an accomplished corporate finance professional with a strong track record of executing transactions from inception through to completion. The ideal candidate will have gained experience within investment banking, corporate advisory or a high-performing corporate development environment and be comfortable leading complex workstreams across live transactions.
