Responsibilities

• Deliver internal communication campaigns promoting vision, values and strategy.
• Manage internal channels including intranet, signage, events and newsletters.
• Create articles, emails, intranet content, social posts, videos and presentations.
• Coordinate the internal communications calendar and key activities.
• Assist with digital marketing tasks such as social media and website content.
• Support the launch of new digital platforms and apps and stakeholder relations.

You will join a small team who is driving strategic communications to enhance employee engagement and the company's brand and reputation.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver key organisational communication campaigns and messaging to promote company vision, mission, values, and strategy.
• Support the management of internal communications channels including the company intranet, digital signage, events and newsletters.
• Creation of a variety of internal communication materials including articles, emails, intranet content, social media posts, videos and presentations.
• Support the management of the internal communications calendar including decision making on timing and alignment on key activities.
• Support the execution of the digital marketing tasks including the creation of social media content, website content and other content management systems.
• Supporting the launch of new digital platforms and apps.
• Support key stakeholders and the wider business in relation to communication initiatives.

Qualifications and experience:

• A minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in internal communications, corporate communications or similar.
• Degree qualified in communications, organisational communications or similar.
• Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid environment.
• Proven project management skills and the ability to balance demands of multiple projects within expected deadlines.
• Execution-oriented, self-starter and self-navigator who can prioritise high value projects versus tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly responsive, customer-centric/solutions-oriented approach, building trust with internal partners.
• High degree of attention to detail and follow through.
• Demonstrates ability to think creatively and critically to solve problems.
• Must have ability to move quickly without compromising quality.
• The ability to write across various online channels
• Experience working with digital platforms such as SharePoint and Adobe
