Burgess Paluch is seeking a Senior Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to work on advisory matters for the Australian Government and major corporate clients. You will join a national Tier 1 Government Practice, acting for government agencies, government-owned corporations, Aboriginal corporations and private sector entities.

The role emphasizes complex commercial matters, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance within a collaborative team, with flexible work arrangements and enhanced leave

You will be Corporate & Commercial Lawyer at Senior Associate level who loves working on important and complex commercial matters.

Your new role

Your Corporate/Commercial advisory work is for the Australian Government and corporate clients. You and your team act for the country's largest Australian Government agencies as well as government-owned corporations, Aboriginal corporations and private sector companies.
