About the Position

Our client is seeking a talented Corporate & Commercial Lawyer with 2–4 years PAE to join their growing team. This role involves advising a diverse client base on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including:

• Business structuring, mergers & acquisitions, and shareholder agreements
• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Corporate governance and regulatory compliance
• Commercial disputes and risk management
• Advising on business sales, franchising, and intellectual property

This role offers direct client engagement, complex legal work, and opportunities to develop your expertise in a supportive and growing firm.

Key Requirements

• 2–4 years PAE in corporate or commercial law (private practice preferred)
