We are seeking a Corporate/Commercial Lawyer with 2–5 years PQE to join a high-caliber team and handle mergers, governance, and commercial contracts on notable client matters. Formación

• 2-5 years PQE in corporate/commercial law
• Degree in law from a recognized institution
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities
• Proactive and client-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsabilidades

• Advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, governance, and commercial contracts
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents and agreements
• Conducting legal research and staying up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations
• Managing and supporting transactional work from inception to completion
• Collaborating with colleagues across different practice areas to provide comprehensive legal solutions
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a high standard of client service
• Mentoring and guiding junior associates as needed
