LegalVision is seeking a motivated 2-4 PQE lawyer to join the corporate advisory team. You will work with skilled lawyers on a range of transactional matters, including M&A, capital raises, and debt financing, for SMEs, startups, and venture capital clients.

Ideal candidates will manage complex workflows in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, communicate clearly with clients, and contribute to a modern, growth-driven legal services model. Flexible work options available.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in corporate advisory, capital raising and/or M&A.
• Proven ability to manage transactions end-to-end in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience engaging directly with clients and building relationships.
• Commercially minded with a modern, growth-driven approach.

Responsabilités

• Work on M&A, capital raisings, debt financing, and regulatory matters.
• Manage workflows and projects in a high-volume environment.
