Job summary

The Baw Baw Shire Council is seeking an experienced organisational development leader to drive maturity and workforce readiness across the organisation. Working with Executive and leaders, you will align people, culture, structure and capability with the Council's long-term strategic objectives.

The role provides a critical leadership function in supporting organisational change, transformation and succession planning, and in developing a contemporary employee value proposition that strengthens

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in organisational development, workforce planning, leadership development and employee engagement.
• Proven ability to influence, coach and build trusted relationships with leaders at all levels.
• Experience leading organisational change, transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical capability, with experience using workforce data and insights to inform decision-making.
• Experience overseeing people systems, workforce reporting and digital solutions.
• Demonstrated success leading teams and fostering high-performing, positive workplace cultures.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Behavioural Science, or a related discipline.
