Wingecarribee Shire Council is seeking an experienced Coordinator Library Services to lead across the Southern Highlands. Reporting to the Manager Community Life and Libraries, you will oversee facilities, collections, programs and partnerships to deliver responsive, customer-focused services that support literacy and community connection.

Salary: $126,352.78 - $146,842.34 per annum + 12% Superannuation
Rostering: The position operates across 6 days, with employees rostered to a combination of day and night desk shifts. Ability to work flexible hours is essential.

About the Role
As Coordinator Library Services, you'll report to the Manager Community Life and Libraries and lead a dedicated team responsible for delivering responsive, customer-focused and contemporary library services that support literacy, learning, inclusion and community connection. You will oversee library facilities, collections, programs, outreach services and partnerships, ensuring services continue to meet the evolving needs of our community.
