Job summary

Allens is seeking a versatile professional to join the Innovation & Digital Solutions team in Sydney or Melbourne. You will help deliver digital transformation, innovation and AI initiatives, enabling lawyers and business teams to adopt digital tools effectively.

You’ll work with the Head of Innovation & Digital Capability and cross-functional teams across the firm, contributing to workshops, communications and operational tasks while growing your skills in a collaborative environment.

• Support delivery of the firm's digital transformation, innovation and AI initiatives.

• Handle essential operational tasks including firm reporting, intranet updates, travel and expense management.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Innovation & Digital Capability and collaborate with teams across the firm to:

• Support delivery of the firm's digital transformation, innovation and AI initiatives, including activity that helps lawyers and business teams use digital tools in their day-to-day work.


• Support the firm's digital enablement function, including operational support for activities that drive adoption of digital tools across practice groups.


• Play a pivotal role enabling innovation and transformation forums, helping connect people, priorities and align activity across teams.


• Support internal and external communications, events, client-facing content, pitches, sponsorships and industry submissions that showcase the firm's innovation work.


• Assist in the planning and delivery of workshops and skills programs that help people build confidence with digital, innovation and AI tools.


• Handle essential operational tasks including firm reporting, intranet updates, travel and expense management.

This is a 12-month contract role or secondment opportunity, available full-time or part-time. Hybrid working (60% in the office) is how we work; however, flexibility matters at Allens, so if you are seeking hybrid working or are looking for flexibility in your work, we would be happy to discuss what arrangements would work best for you.
