As Coordinator Home Care, you'll play an important role in helping older people maintain their independence and wellbeing while remaining connected to their community. You're a caring and capable leader who understands that great community care is about people first. You bring compassion, integrity and respect to every interaction, while confidently coordinating services and supporting teams to deliver meaningful outcomes. You'll take pride in helping older people live well at home and creating positive experiences for clients, families and colleagues alike.
You'll stand out from the crowd if you have a qualification in individual support, ageing or a related field and/or experience working in rural or regional communities.
