Job summary

Kilcoy Global Foods in Coominya Queensland is seeking experienced Quality Assurance Officers to join our team and ensure the consistent delivery of quality products to KGF customers.

The role focuses on food safety compliance, QA documentation, internal audits and corrective actions, and supporting a positive quality culture across operations, with day and afternoon shifts in a permanent full-time arrangement.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in HACCP and AusMeat Specification Qualifications.
• QA background in a food manufacturing environment.
• Operational experience in meat processing facilities.
• Good computer skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations conform to food safety regulations and quality system requirements with Production.
• Document control and report non-conformances and CARs within the QMS.
• Support and implement key food safety requirements and quality outcomes.
• Undertake internal audits, HACCP inquiries, and respond to customer complaints.
• Ensure staff comply with Quality Management System requirements.

ABOUT THE ROLE Coominya AFC Pty Limited Location: 26 Coominya Connection Rd Coominya Queensland 4311 Employment Status: Full Time Salary Range: $79,423 We are seeking experienced Quality Assurance Officers to join our team and ensure the consistent delivery of quality products to KGF customers. The successful candidates will support the operational teams by assisting the business achieve its operational and strategic goals through monitoring effective QA practices identifying and providing corrective and preventative actions as required.

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Ensure operations conform to food safety regulations and Quality Systems requirements though partnering with Production.


• Document control and report on the non-conformance and Corrective Action Requirements (CAR's) within the parameters of the Quality Management System.


• Support and implement key food safety requirements and quality outcomes.


• Undertake quality internal audits, HACCP enquiries, and respond to any customer complaints.


• Ensure all staff are aware and comply with the necessary requirements of our Quality Management Systems.

• Qualifications in HACCP, and AusMeat Specification Qualifications, or
