• Availability across rotating 7-day rosters and various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist head chef with kitchen operations and staff allocation.
• Maintain safe, hygienic kitchen environment and adhere to guidelines.
• Showcase culinary skills across stations with attention to detail.
