We are open 7 days a week and we need an experienced Cook with flexible availability, calm under pressure, willing to learn, and a passion for food!!

Job Description

• Availability required for morningand night shifts
• Weekdays and Weekends
• Experience cooking in a commercial kitchen environment will behighly regarded
• This role will requireyou to love preparing food with excellencein a fun, fast-paced environment
• Regular check-ins with the Line Team to ensure they have adequate fresh product to serve our customers - never being short of product
• Maintain and orderly BOH including all Storage and Preparation Areas
• Maintain the Washup and cooking utensil space as you go
• Some equipment maintenance and cleaning required
• Work to the GyG recipe guide and pride in the food we make for our guests to enjoy!
