Job summary

Guzman y Gomez (GYG) is hiring a Cook to work with fresh ingredients and vibrant Mexican flavors, following the GYG recipe guide to deliver quality creations for guests. You will be at the heart of our mission to serve authentic experiences.

Must be able to work mix roster (morning shifts - afternoon shifts - overnight shifts). The role offers flexible rosters, comprehensive training, uniform provision, discounted meals, and opportunities for leadership development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Basic food safety knowledge and hygiene practices.
• Ability to follow GYG recipe guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Mexican dishes following the GYG recipe guide.
• Work with fresh ingredients to deliver quality meals.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards.
