Job summary

Guzman y Gomez in Sydney is seeking a Cook to join our vibrant team. You will follow the Guzman y Gomez recipe guide to deliver fresh Mexican flavors to guests, using high-quality ingredients and a positive attitude.

Shifts include morning, afternoon and overnight; training and support are provided to help you excel. Enjoy benefits such as uniforms, meal discounts, and opportunities for advancement within the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in food preparation and line cooking.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP practices.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to GYG recipes and standards.
• Assist in maintaining portion control and food quality.
• Ensure kitchen is clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Support teammates and adapt to different shifts as rostered.
