Job summary

Anglican Youthworks’ Blue Mountains Conference Centre in Springwood is seeking a Cook to join a friendly, mission-focused team. The role involves preparing and serving midweek dinners for groups, with reliable time management and a willingness to work across a seven-day roster.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients / food for cooking and service in a timely manner
• Ensure that food is prepared and delivered to service point(s) in a timely manner
• Ensure that all food, stock items and additional items are stored correctly and safely
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
