Job summary

Estia Health is seeking a Cook to join our aged care kitchen team in Victoria. You will work with the Chef to manage daily meal preparation, tailoring menus to meet residents’ needs and preferences.

The role focuses on delivering nutritious, tasty meals and supporting the broader kitchen team to create a positive dining experience. Applicants should hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and demonstrate strong communication and documentation skills, with experience in a commercial kitchen.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen; aged care knowledge is a plus.
• Ability to cater to diverse dietary requirements and resident preferences.
• Experience with coordinating meals alongside a Chef.
