The ideal candidate holds a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and demonstrates strong communication and documentation skills, with experience in commercial kitchens and knowledge of diverse dietary needs.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is required.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.
• Experience in a commercial kitchen; aged care experience is highly regarded.
• Experience with diverse cuisines and dietary requirements for residents.

Responsibilities
