Mario's Italian Restaurant in Broadbeach, QLD is looking for an experienced Cook/Chef to join our passionate team in a full-time role. You will prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes, work closely with the Head Chef to develop the menu, and help train junior kitchen staff.

Qualificações

• Minimum 12 months experience as a cook or chef in a similar restaurant.
• Formal culinary training or qualifications in commercial cooking.
• Certificate III Commercial Cookery qualification is required.
• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Minimum 2+ years experience working in an Italian restaurant is essential.
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Mario's Italian Restaurant is seeking an experienced Cook and Chef to join our passionate team in our Broadbeach, QLD location. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of authentic Italian dishes to delight our customers.
