Salter Brothers Hospitality Group is seeking experienced Cook (All Cook role including Commi and Demi Chef) to join their teams.

  • Confidence in their cooking abilities
  • Creativity and high presentation standards
  • Ability to create dishes with consistency
  • Skills in preparing different variety of cuisine
  • Skilled in preparing, seasoning, and cooking food according to recipes
  • Understanding of food safety and OHS requirements
  • Train and manage junior cooks and kitchen staff.
