Job summary

Bytherules is a national award-winning law firm specialising in property conveyancing. The role is a Full-time Conveyancing Paralegal working fully remotely from home in Australia.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of QLD conveyancing experience and can manage 30-35 residential files each month with administrative support. Cdec qualification is preferred, with strong organization and KPI focus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of QLD conveyancing experience.
• Able to manage 30-35 residential files per month with admin support.
• Preferably registered/qualified as Commissioner for Declarations (Cdec) in Queensland.
• Able to complete tasks autonomously, while seeking help when needed.
• Highly organised with strong deadline management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to comply with KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage 30-35 residential conveyancing files from start to finish each month.
• Maintain accurate matter files and timelines with admin support.
• Communicate professionally with clients and professionals.
• Meet all KPIs and deadlines.
• Build and maintain sustainable referral relationships.

Job Description

We are seeking a Full-time Conveyancing Paralegal to join our award-winning Conveyancing Practice.

The position is entirely work from home (remote).

Our ideal candidate will:

• Have at least 2 years minimum QLD conveyancing experience.
• An experienced Conveyancing Paralegal – able to manage 30-35 residential conveyancing files A-Z each month with administration support.
• Preferably registered/qualified as Commissioner for Declarations (Cdec) in Queensland.
• Desire to complete task-based work and the ability to do so autonomously, whilst still reaching out for help when needed.
• Highly organised – able to stay on top of daily tasks and emails, keep track of key dates and ensure deadlines are met.
• Personable – able to maintain and create sustainable referral relationships with other professionals in our industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to communicate effectively in a professional manner.
• Comply with KPIs.
